Step One - How to Start Your Loan

1. The fun part  - go shopping and find your new home!
2. Agree to a dollar amount (or "Contract") with the Seller
3. Choose and complete a loan application from the list on the left
4. Your property may now be appraised and your loan underwritten.

Step Two -  When Your Loan is Approved

Standard Bank will work with an Escrow / Title Company to handle the funding of your loan.
We will also coordinate with the escrow team and you'll sign the final papers at their office.
